7. Pain Along Your Spine
For people who prefer to sleep on their stomachs because they can’t sleep in any other position, this is a good healthy sleeping position. Keep only a thin pillow that is no more than 3 inches thick, able to get good support when sleeping under your stomach and the upper part of your pelvis. Leaning under the abdomen also helps reduce the pressure on your back. If this method does not work for you, then try to sleep without a pillow under your head.
