The Perfect Amount
Pasta can be difficult to make. Basically deciding how much pasta to boil is an art. The proportions with the sauce should be just right. Makes a lot of sauce and not enough pasta like soup. On the other hand, too much pasta and too little sauce can make a dish too tasty. The world’s home chefs don’t have to worry anymore. The hole in the middle of the pasta ladle is key. If enough pasta fits without breaking, that’s the right amount.
