6. Cheese
When asked if junk food is unhealthy for children, cheese can be a good source of protein and calcium. But you still need to look at the amount you can use for your child. A single piece of cheese has more than 100 calories and 10 grams of fat, so allow them to eat more to gain weight. The recommended amount of milk for babies is approximately one and a half ounces of cheese. So if you don’t want your child to become obese at an early age, don’t make cheese an important part of your daily diet. Avoid unhealthy junk foods for children and give them proper nutrition.
