5. Granola Bars
There may not be junk foods, but there are many types of granola bars that are more nutritious snacks than a dessert. While some of these bars may be more nutritious, it is less likely that your child will prefer healthy ones and prefer sugary fats. The catch is that you’ve checked the labels of bars that have less than 10 grams of sugar, a little unsaturated fat, and no high in fruit cakes, artificial sweeteners, or corn syrup. And contains at least 2 grams of fiber.
