4. French Fries
Ever since the rise of food additions, French fries have become a permanent fixture in children’s all-time favorite junk foods. Not only are fries more palatable than they should be, but they are also crispy and easy to get down. Fries are unhealthy foods for children that contain unhealthy amounts of trans fats, needless to say, they are high in calories. In fact, fries can be junk food that dominates the palate so much that your child may not eat any vegetables other than fried potatoes. Instead, try baking sweet potato fries at home as they are packed with more healthy properties such as potassium, vitamin C, and fiber.
